Course Description:
This online demonstration provides a preview of what to expect from the full 16 hour WBT of the ITIL Foundation course U8644AAE and is intended to be used for evaluation purposes only. This 5 hour demonstration focuses on 3 modules: Introduction to ITSM; Service Desk; Capacity Management. The demonstration mimics the structure of the full course and assesses prior knowledge with a pre-assessment. Based on this pre-assessment a customized lesson map is displayed. Following completion of the course the student is given a post-assessment which tests their understanding of the concepts and procedures covered in the course. modules: Introduction to ITSM; Service Desk; Capacity Management.
